Our Story...

"But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15)

Let's see where do I start...I guess I must start when I first met my lovely wife Catherine. It was in February 1989. My best friend then had invited me to go to Penang in Malaysia for his sister's wedding. As I was travelling there the Spirit of God was speaking to my heart that I was about to meet someone very special there. True enough, I met Catherine at the wedding and she too was my then best friend's sister (not the one who was getting married...lol...of course). One thing let to another and by Novemeber 1991, we were married. All things that happened in our life were pure miracles. From the birth of my children which were priophesied with so much accuracy, to our moving to the USA. The turning point in our ministry happened in 2000, I was tired of 'playing' Church. I felt like I had come out of one set of bondage and religion of Hinduism to another. I knew that the Lord is real for I had tasted that He is good and cannot run away from His calling in my life. But I said to the Lord that if this is what it means to be 'Church' than I want no part of it. I went into a season of fasting and prayer and on the first day of my fast, the Lord spoke to me. He said, "My Body is a living organism and not an organization!" As simple as it may seem, it was a profound revelation to me. I ran with this revelation and went into a season of rebuilding according to His patterns of being a covenant community. Even till today, I am still learning from the Lord and from our loved ones around us, what it means to be a covenant community. Do you know how to get in touch with me? Well it is

Catherine

As my sister was about to be married, my brother said to me, "Catherine next will be your turn." I got very afraid. I did not want to marry just anybody. I immediately turned to my God and Savior and asked Him that my life partner must be someone who fears the Lord and someone who would be able to teach me His Word. Within the next few days, the Lord answered my prayers by bringing Ravi into my life. Not only Ravi but his entire family, his mother Ruth (who is now my mother too), his sisters Santhi and Mercy (who are now my sisters as well) has been such a blessing and strength to me. Ever since I met Ravi, it is as if I am caught in a whirlwind. Nothing has ever been normal or predictable. It has been an adventure to walk with the Lord with my husband and my two beautiful children, Jewel and Jeremy. My journey in the USA is filled with so much miracles, signs and wonders. I am thankful for my family here, the Smiths who are our spiritual parents, the Mescalls who are our best friends, the McCrorys, the Hackemers, the Lillis, the Reiters, the Blys, the ...who share our joys as well as our trials. Jewel & Jeremy

Jewel: I am thankful to the Lord for my parents. From the very time I can remember, they have always taught me to walk in the favor of God. Whatever I do, I want to bring glory and honor first to my God, Christ Jesus but then next, also to my parents. If you like, you can drop me a line at
jewel4u2@gmail.com.
Jeremy: My parents have always taught me to walk in the fear of the Lord and I know that that is the beginning of Wisdom. They have also taught me to obey my parents. I know that when I do that I will have a long life. Dear mom and dad, you are the best parents anyone could have. Thank you for bringing me up in God's ways. You can reach me at
